While I won’t mind if we canceled offices, I prefer a hybrid environment, but my ideal hybrid environment skews more heavily towards remote than what most ppl propose (usually 2–3 days per week in the office.)

Here’s my ideal: one day in the office every 1–2 weeks. Of course, if this isn’t an option and I had to choose between 3–5 days in the office per week vs fully remote, I’d still pick fully remote. But I’d still like to be able to see my teammates in person every once in a while and have some important meetings or team-building events without having to deal with a commute on a regular basis.
